The stylist literally chopped my sons hair. It looks horrible. Can't believe she'd even let him up from the chair like that. Awful. The first day they went there they ignored them and the online check in said that they would be ready by 4:11. after sitting there waiting for how long after that time had passed and being basically ignored they decided to walk home because we had plans that night for Christmas. they went back the next day, both got haircuts and then we're told that they could not use the gift certificate that I called and verify that they could use the day before. So they had to walk home and get money for me. it did not have any extra money which is why they were using a gift certificate that was donated to us by a church nearby. The Stylist was pretty rude about it and you could definitely tell that she did not care at all about the cut that she gave my son. when I talk to the manager she told me to send him back up there and I did. He came home and his hair looked even worse.

KT was amazing! She has steady hands and cuts with absolute confidence! She held great conversation the whole time she was cutting my hair and when I asked her to bring the sides down a little bit more she made it perfect! As someone who's never been to a sports clips before and someone who is especially picky about who touches my hair.. I HIGHLY recommend going to see KT at this location!
